Last Day of School

I always take FIRST day of school pictures, but this is the first time I've taken LAST day of school pictures. I couldn't help it. It was just so funny. Bennett and Mylie were both depressed and sad. I'm glad they love school so much that they were sad it was going to be over! Mylie of course got up early so she could make a card for her teacher. She had a really hard time saying goodbye. Bennett just wasn't himself. He wasn't too happy or energetic all day so I wasn't surprised that night when I got a call from his room after he'd gone to bed (and after a late night party at his friends) to find vomit everywhere. Poor kid was so sick. Kind of a pain when your room is in the dark basement away from everyone else and there is no bathroom down there.  Anyway, that was a little tangent. Nora was happy as ever that day and was loving finding her cute little feet.

Looking Back~Nora 5 1/2 Months

Here are some pictures from a little photo shoot I did with Nora when she was about 5 1/2 months old. She loved her feet at that age :)

Mylie's Kindergarten End of Year {May 2014}

Back at the end of May I was able to go with Mylie's Kindergarten class to the zoo. I had a zoo pass, so I met her there. I brought Coy, Nora, and my mom along! It was such a fun day, and such beautiful weather! Since I had a pass, we stayed longer and just enjoyed the zoo without any time restraints. Coy had so much fun with my mom since they went off together for a while; in fact he was even talking about it just yesterday!

  The next week she had her graduation program. She absolutely LOVED Kindergarten. And she especially LOVED her teacher. She went through major withdrawals after school was out. It was really hard on her. Luckily now (5 months later) she is recovering since she is happily busy in first grade with two new teachers.

Yikes, there is that receding hair line I had. (These days I just have short hairs filling in those gaps...The joys of having a baby! It's a good thing they are worth it.) Here is the fabulous teacher mentioned above:

Little Nora

I took some pics of my sweet little girl a couple weeks ago. I can't believe she is almost 11 months old! She is so beautiful and such a fun baby. If only she would sleep through the night...
